Assalaamu 'alaikum,
Last week I had to do some 'homework' and find all the names by which the Day of Judgement is referred to in the Qur`aan. At first, I thought it would be quite easy, but once I got started I soon realised that that wasn't the case.
So...
I'm holding a little competition here.
Task: Find 15 names by which the Day of Judgement is referred to in the Qur`aan. Provide the transliteration, the English meaning and a reference. Email your answer to: comp@an-najmpublishers.co.uk
Deadline: Tuesday 17th June 2008 (that's 5 days)
Prize: One book of your choice from An-Najm Publisher's Online Shop (no shipping or purchase costs to you). The prize goes to the first person to send me 15 names for the Day of Judgement, and 3 runners-up will get a little souvenir.
