Does it hurt to see your brothers dying?
To hear your sisters lying?
Does it hurt to know the time will come,
When you cannot hide nor run?
Does it hurt to know you're not at your best?
To know youfve failed most of Allaah's tests?
Does it hurt to see time slip away?
Yet youfre not humble when you pray!
Does it hurt to imagine Hellfirefs heat?
Licking away at your feet?
Does it hurt to cough up bloody flesh,
Of your brother who is now dead?
Does it hurt to think of this passing world?
In all itfs glittering form?
Does it hurt to think that death began,
As soon as you were born?
