Umm Junayd's Comment:
As with salaah, du'aa is another way for us to create a connection with our Lord; we are able to ask of Him without intermediaries or 'middle-men'. As it is such a vital tool to gain closeness to Allaah, should we not know the issues that pertaining to it - issues which may determine whether our supplications will be answered or not.
Not only does the author clearly highlight important aspects of 'du'aa making', he also explains the issues of tawassul, the relationship between du'aa and qadr, factors that prevent supplications being answered and much more!
