Assalaamu 'alaikum

This is a quick note to let you know that I have not yet disappeared off of the face of the earth. Junayd was discharged from the hospital yesterday because he has a chest infection which caused him to have breathing difficulties again.

Like always, please make du'aa for my 'lil soldier. He's really living up to his name although he's only 14-months old!

Oh dear! I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope he gets better and stays well,:-)

I was beginning to get worried when I hadn't read from you...especially with eid just come and gone...

Junayd seems paticularly susceptible to chest infections doesn't he. Is it the weather or allergens or what?
In anycase,I hope he outgrows it in Gods grace. He's too special...

Stay strong. *hugs*

Yes he is susceptible to chest infections. I don't know why they don't want to come right out with it and say that he has asthma - then I'd know how to deal with it.. ya know? There asthma on my side of the family [with my bro and my late grandma having it].. so it won't be much of a shock.

I've had to order a homeopathic remedy that might just help him, inshaa`Allaah. It's called Spongia Tosta. It was recommended to me so i'll see how it goes.

Thanks for the concern sis... it's much appreciated.

Things have been terribly hectic (yeah I am trying to homeschool Ms Muffet) I am afraid so I've kinda disappeared. I hope your son is feeling much better now - may Allah give him shifaa and give him strength ameen! How are you holding up?

wa 'alaikumus-salaam wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh ukht.

Alhamdulillaah 'alaa kulli haal [all praise is due to Allaah in all situations]. I'm holding on so tight that my knuckles are nearly red [and considering that i'm black, you'll know that im holding on very tight!].

I can only make du'aa 'cos there's so much going on right now, especially with my family... but that's another entry i guess.

*sighs*

I can't imagine living in this world forever... alhamdulillaah I wont be!

Was-salaamu 'alaikum
